We are ready to welcome you!

The measures given in the guidelines of the Public Health authories have been implemented. You can rest assured that your safety is our priority! Both guest rooms have their own private en-suite bathroom. As we are just a small B&B (registered with the CITQ, establishment #160145) you can enjoy a charming house with attentive hosts and at the same time practice physical distancing as there are max. 5 guests present. In general the minimum stay required is 2 consecutive nights (please inquire for exceptions).

To give you maximum comfort, flexibility and independence we also have a fully equipped self-catering apartment on the second floor (registered with the CITQ, establishment #215902). It is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In general the minimum stay required for the apartment is 3 consecutive nights (please inquire for exceptions)

May you be a first time visitor or someone who has enthusiastically adopted B&Bs, inns or guesthouses for your travels, one thing is for sure: You will be pleasantly surprised and impressed by this modern and comfortable urban B&B. Daniel and Petra will greet you with courtesy and make you feel welcomed right away. We speak English, French and German fluently.

Already since 1999 nothing makes us feel more happy than making your stay with us an amazing and relaxing, yet interesting travel experience. We enjoy sharing our knowledge of Montreal’s attractions and especially think that you will appreciate our insider tips pertaining to this city’s epicurean delights.

Every morning we serve a different typical French-Canadian breakfast for the guests of the B&B which can also adapt to certain alimentary constraints (vegetarian, wheat-free/gluten-free, lactose-free available upon request - we do not serve vegan breakfast.). Breakfast time is between 8:30am and 10am (kitchen closes at 10am). The apartment, however, comes with a fully equipped kitchen - therefore, breakfast is not included in the rates for the apartment.

Wireless Internet is available everywhere in the house and it is free of charge. We share our extensive DVD-collection with you (rooms and apartment are equipped with a DVD-player). The complete house is non-smoking. Paid private off-street parking is available behind the house. Your hosts live on the same premises but in separate quarters and are available whenever you might need us.

You will find us on 10th Avenue, a quiet and relaxing street - near the up and coming “La Promenade Masson” with a wide variety of boutiques and shops and some of the most amazing bakeries, bistros, cafés, brewpubs, restaurants and delis in Montreal. Some of the major attractions of Montreal, the Botanical Garden, the Insectarium, the Olympic Park, the Biodôme and the Planetarium, are not far from our place. Be charmed by the safe and quiet atmosphere in this family-oriented residential area in the borough called Rosemont - La Petite-Patrie in the eastern center of Montreal. Public transport is just around the corner, and with the convenient combination of bus and Metro you can reach the town center, the old city and the Plateau Mont-Royal very easily and quickly. Private off-street parking is available behind the B&B.

Monsieur Petit was our little miniature poodle, playful, loveable and wanting no more than to be your friend. He was our companion for nearly 16 years and we miss him every day...
