CANCELLATION POLICY :
All bookings must be guaranteed by a deposit with a credit card, 25% of the total cost of days booked before taxes. À la Carte is a small but dedicated B&B offering to each and every one of its guests the best service possible. That is why a last minute cancellation has an adverse and immediate impact on this small business.
Deposits will be refunded minus a CAD $ 25.00 plus tax service charge per room booked when guests cancel until 10 days prior to their confirmed arrival date. For cancellations less than 10 days before the expected arrival date a one night stay per room reserved will be charged. This also applies for any reductions of days originally booked or no-show.
For the apartment deposits will be refunded minus a CAD $ 25.00 plus tax service charge when guests cancel until 30 days prior to their confirmed arrival date. For later cancellations the deposit will not be refunded, but at least a one night stay will be charged. This also applies for any reductions of days originally booked or no-show.
